New Faculty Orientation

Welcome to Texas Tech University! The Teaching, Learning, and Professional Development Center is pleased to host Texas Tech University’s New Faculty Orientation.

The next New Faculty Orientation will be held August 19, 2021.  Please note that NFO is mandatory for all new faculty, including tenure and non-tenure track faculty. The schedule is currently under development and we will update all registered individuals as soon as more information becomes available. The TLPDC and representatives from the Provost’s Office are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and are considering whether or not alternatives for a virtual orientation will need to be provided. We will keep you apprised of any updates and appreciate your patience at this time.

Please visit New Faculty Resources for additional information and helpful links. For questions regarding New Faculty Orientation, please contact Kerri Pike via email or by phone at 806-742-0133.

If you are new to this site, please take a moment to watch our instructional video which will guide you through logging in, updating your account details, and how to register for an event.  If you already have an eRaider account, you may sign-in using that; if not, please create a new account to register for New Faculty Orientation, and we will work to combine it with your eRaider account once that is set up.
