The Teaching, Learning and Professional Development Center (TLPDC) hosts workshops, conferences, and special events throughout the year. TLPDC facilitated events center on issues related to teaching and learning including pedagogy, belonging, classroom strategies, AI, and other trends or current issues. We also host other departmental and university events that you may register for on this site.
We are excited to share a refreshed approach to our registration! Please use the tabs above to navigate between our workshops, conferences, programs, and events at our center hosted by other departments. You’ll notice that the TLPDC-facilitated sessions are now offered in several formats. You can see the format descriptions by clicking on the TLPDC Sessions tab and choose the style that fits best with your interests and availability.
To register for a session, you will be prompted to login. Texas Tech University users may login with their eRaider credentials. After logging in, we ask that you please go to the “MY ACCOUNT” tab accessed through the menu bar at the top of the page and update your profile information (specifically dietary restrictions and ADA accommodations) under the “account details” link on the left. This will help us better serve you and allow us to accommodate your needs. Users outside of TTU will need to create an account.
Please visit the TLPDC website to learn more about our center and to read more about our programs and resources.
If you have a question about an event at the TLPDC, please contact Molly Jacobs at molly.m.jacobs@ttu.edu.
