Discover how Microsoft Copilot can help streamline common accessibility tasks and save time when preparing course materials.
In this 30-minute demonstration, you'll learn how to create and use custom Copilot agents to support accessibility workflows. We'll explore how AI can help:
- Format Canvas announcements and pages using accessible structure and readability principles
- Generate descriptive alt text for images and charts
- Review and improve auto-generated captions for accuracy, capitalization, punctuation, and clarity
We'll also demonstrate two custom agents designed to support accessibility tasks and discuss strategies for creating your own reusable AI assistants. Participants will leave with practical workflows, example agents, and ideas for using Copilot to support accessibility efforts while reducing repetitive work.
