Despite the broad representation of early career faculty currently in the academic landscape, there is often a lack of representation at the academic supervisory and leadership levels. Learning to engage in mentorship across differences is a critical aspect of establishing a practice of inclusion in our training environments. In this session, you will consider how to foster an accessible environment that allows all to do their best learning and create the highest quality research, both because of and in spite of diverse perspectives.
