2023 Open Ed Week Virtual Conference hosted by TTU Libraries | March 6th-10th, 2023
Open Education Week, launched by Open Education Global, is an annual worldwide celebration that provides an opportunity for sharing and learning about the amazing things happening in open education. Texas Tech University Libraries will be hosting its second Open Education (OE) Week Virtual Conference to celebrate the amazing open education efforts that are happening within Texas Tech University System institutions and South Plains College campuses, and to acknowledge the ways that open education makes an impact on the higher education learning environment.
It is important to remember that open education encompasses multiple areas in the world of “open,” such as; open educational resources (OER), open data, open access, open science, open software, open pedagogy, etc.
To register for a session, you will be prompted to login. Texas Tech University users may login with their eRaider credentials. After logging in, we ask that you please go to the “MY ACCOUNT” tab accessed through the menu bar at the top of the page and update your profile information under the “account details” link on the left. Other users will need to create a new account.
